Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days for select serviceable locations.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on courier operations and destination.

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email once your order has been dispatched.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

₹99 COD charge applies.

COD is available only for eligible serviceable locations.

Partial COD Orders

For selected high-risk pincodes, ₹99 advance payment is required to confirm the order.

The remaining amount is payable at delivery.

The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery.

Delivery Conditions

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner.

Serviceability & Restrictions

COD availability may vary depending on location, order history and risk assessment.

INSANE LOOK reserves the right to disable COD or enable partial payment for specific orders.

Currently, we ship only within India.
