Shipping Guidelines

By placing an order on insanelook.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery Time:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: Available for select locations with a 3-5 working day delivery time.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Tracking Details: Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a ₹69 shipping fee.
• COD Orders: A ₹69 COD handling fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply based on the delivery location and shipping speed.

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery Address: Ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.
• Missed Delivery: Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and reshipping will incur additional charges.
• Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, the shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.

International Shipping

Currently, INSANE LOOK only ships within India. International shipping is not available.

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
