Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated within 1–2 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refund Amount Deductions

COD Orders

COD charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Reverse Shipping Fee

₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund unless the refund is issued to the INSANE LOOK Wallet.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

COD Refunds

COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit and may take up to 5–7 working days after approval.

Partial COD Orders

₹99 advance payment is non-refundable in cases of order refusal, incorrect address, customer unavailability or any Return-to-Origin (RTO) event.

For delivered Partial COD orders, the ₹99 advance payment forms part of the order value and is not treated as a separate charge. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed as per this policy.

Wallet Refunds

Wallet Refund Information
  • If incorrect bank details are provided, we will notify you and make reasonable attempts to obtain the correct details.
  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days of notification, the refund may be credited to your INSANE LOOK Wallet.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

Important Refund Notes

Important
  • In case of valid returns, applicable COD charges, reverse pickup charges and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • COD charges and reverse pickup charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the delivery of an incorrect product.

Order Refusal & Non-Acceptance

  • Refused COD orders will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Customers with repeated order refusals or excessive RTO activity may have future COD eligibility restricted or disabled.
  • Any advance payment made will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled instantly before shipment via the “My Account” page or by contacting customer support.

After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers may initiate a return after delivery if eligible under the Return & Exchange Policy.

Pre-Orders

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Beyond this period, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds on Cancellation

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after cancellation.

COD Orders

COD orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. Refused deliveries will be treated as Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders and may affect future COD eligibility.

Policy Abuse & Fraud Protection

Fraud Protection
  • Accounts with excessive return behaviour may be restricted.
  • Fraudulent claims may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Suspicious transactions may be reported to payment gateways or authorities.
  • INSANE LOOK reserves the right to refuse service in cases of suspected abuse.
