By using the INSANE LOOK Exchange Portal or purchasing products on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on insanelook.com.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale purchases are final.

Key Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Images Required:  Customers must share clear photos of the received product before initiating a reverse pickup.

Pickup Timeline:

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email.
  • Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours

  • Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you must return the product at your own cost.

  • Quality Check:
  • All returned products undergo a quality check at our warehouse.

  • After approval, your return or exchange will be processed.

  • Processing Timeline:
  • Returns: Refunds are initiated after quality approval.

  • Exchanges: Replacement products are delivered within 7-10 working days.

Exchange Policy

 Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging with tags & accessories. Size Replacements

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

  • Size exchanges are only processed after the original product passes quality checks.

  • Delivery of the exchanged product takes 10-12 working days. Manufacturing Defects

  • Defective products will be replaced with the same item after verification.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for defective products.

Important Notes

  • Colour or style changes are not eligible for exchange.

  • Coupon codes used during purchase cannot be reinstated or refunded.

  • A ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted for reverse pickup.

Refund Policy

Refund Amount Deductions

  • COD Orders: COD charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

  • Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 will be deducted from the refund unless refunded to the INSANE LOOK Wallet.

Modes of Refund

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after receiving the product.
  • The amount will reflected in your account within 5-7 working days.

 

COD Orders:

  • Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided during the return request.
  • It may take 7 working days to reflect in your account.

 

Wallet Refund:

  • If incorrect bank details are provided, we will notify you.

  • If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, the amount will be credited to your INSANE LOOK Wallet.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Guidelines

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled instantly before shipment via the "My Account" page or by contacting customer support.

  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may return the item as per our Return Policy.

  • Pre-orders:

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Beyond this period, cancellations are not possible. Refunds on Cancellation

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days after cancellation.

  • COD Orders: Cannot be cancelled after shipping. Refusing delivery will be treated as a return, and the refund will be processed per our Return Policy.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Available for select locations with 3-5 working days delivery time.

  • Tracking Details: Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a ₹50 shipping fee.

  • COD Orders: A ₹50 COD handling fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply based on the delivery location and shipping speed.

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery Address: Ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.

  • Missed Delivery: Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and reshipping will incur additional charges.

  • Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, the shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.

International Shipping

Currently, INSANE LOOK only ships within India. International shipping is not available.

Order Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
