Applicability of Policy

By using the INSANE LOOK Exchange Portal or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. This policy may be updated periodically, so please review it before making a purchase.

Sale Items

All products purchased during sale events, promotional offers, clearance sales, or discount campaigns are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged or defective.

All sale purchases are final.

Product Disclaimer: Product images may be enhanced for presentation. Actual colour, texture or finish may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed and unworn
  • All original tags must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • No stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, alterations or damage
  • No signs of wear

INSANE LOOK reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Proof Requirement

  • Clear product images are mandatory before reverse pickup
  • Unboxing video is compulsory for damaged or missing item claims
  • Claims without video proof may be rejected

Pickup Timeline

  • Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours after approval
  • Two pickup attempts will be made
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, customers may self-ship the product to the address provided by INSANE LOOK

Quality Check

All returned items undergo inspection at our warehouse.

Approval is required before processing a refund or exchange.

Processing Timeline

Refunds are initiated only after quality approval.

Exchanges are delivered within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused with original packaging, tags and accessories

Size Exchanges

  • Subject to stock availability
  • If size is unavailable, a refund will be processed
  • Exchange is processed only after quality approval
  • Delivery timeline: 7–10 working days

Manufacturing Defects

  • Defective products will be replaced after verification
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged

Wrong Product Delivered

  • Incorrect products will be replaced or refunded after verification
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

Important

Damaged, tampered, opened or resealed packages should be refused or recorded with a complete unboxing video.

Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect or defective items may be rejected without sufficient proof.

Important Notes

  • Colour or style changes are not eligible
  • Coupon codes are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated
  • ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the refund, except for defective or wrong items

Advance Payment & COD Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select orders with a ₹99 handling charge
  • For certain high-risk locations, Partial COD with ₹99 advance payment is required to confirm the order
  • The remaining amount is payable at delivery

₹99 Advance Payment Policy

For selected orders, a ₹99 advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

The ₹99 advance is non-refundable if:
  • The order is cancelled after confirmation
  • The order is refused at delivery
  • Delivery fails due to an incorrect address
  • Customer is unavailable
  • The order returns to origin (RTO)

If INSANE LOOK cancels the order for any reason, the ₹99 advance will be refunded in full.
