Applicability of Policy
By using the INSANE LOOK Exchange Portal or purchasing products on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on insanelook.com.

Important Update
- Sale Items: All products purchased during sale events, promotional discounts, clearance sales, or special offers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
All sale purchases are final.
- Product Disclaimer: Product images are professionally shot and may be enhanced for presentation purposes. Actual colour, texture, or finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or device settings. Such variations do not qualify as defects.
Key Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
o Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn
o All original tags must remain intact
o Product must be returned in original packaging
o No stains, deodorant marks, perfume scent, makeup marks, alterations, or damage
o No signs of wear
Insane Look reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Initiate.

3. Images Required: Customers must provide clear images of the received product before arranging a reverse pickup. An unboxing video of the sealed package opening is compulsory for claims related to damage or missing items. Claims submitted without video proof may be rejected.
4. Pickup Timeline:
o Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email.
o Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.
o Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you must return the product at your own cost.
5. Quality Check:
o All returned products undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
o After approval, your return or exchange will be processed.
6. Processing Timeline:
o Returns: Refunds are initiated after quality approval.
o Exchanges: Replacement products are delivered within 7-10 working days.
Exchange Policy
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
o Size issues
o Manufacturing defects
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging with tags & accessories.
Size Replacements
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Size exchanges are only processed after the original product passes quality checks.
- Delivery of the exchanged product takes 10-12 working days.
Manufacturing Defects
- Defective products will be replaced with the same item after verification.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged for defective products.
Important Notes
- Colour or style changes are not eligible for exchange.
- Coupon codes used during purchase cannot be reinstated or refunded.
- A ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted for reverse pickup.
